Heatwave Interactive selects Sperasoft as primary NOC services provider

Heatwave Interactive, a leading global publisher and developer of high impact games for PC, mobile, and social platforms signed a contract with Sperasoft for NOC support services. Sperasoft team will design, develop and maintain a unique monitoring system that will fully meet Heatwave Interactive growing demand for reliable network support.
Sperasoft NOC solutions help to accelerate resolution of network, system and application failures, perform root cause analysis on ongoing problems and provide detailed information to benchmark network and system performance. Sperasoft NOC services focus to supplement customers’ existing Network and IT resources by managing 24 x 7 infrastructure uptime and performance.
The project will involve multifaceted types of monitoring solutions using the latest, cutting edge technologies.
